Play Well:

Whether you are involved in something you are passionate about (sport, volunteer work, just out having fun) be sure that you are caring and considerate of others. Be a team player and look after others as well as yourself. Give more than you expect back.

It's possible to eat well daily and have good health without supplements, but it is getting increasingly harder to have optimal health and vitality without them.

Sleep Well:

Meditate for 20mins and/or write in a journal as part of your bedtime routine. Limit caffeine in the afternoons. Exercise such as gentle yoga can also help you sleep well.


How many times do you actually think about your breath? How well do you inhale and exhale? Do you breath in shallow or deeply, (chest or belly) and do you exercise your lungs with breathwork? I have been doing breathwork for over a year now and it has been life changing to say the least. There are so many different ways to breath in and out. Who needs to take plant medicine, when you can naturally induce yourself into a blissful and eye-opening state.

Love Well:

We are not on this planet to only think of ourselves. Open your heart and think of others (humans, animals, nature). The more love and gratitude you express, the more you receive back.

Drink Well:

Ideally you should drink approx.2L of water per day. Mix it up and add fruit into the water, or ice, or have a herbal tea etc. Water should become your favourite beverage.

My Goals for 2021/2022 - to open a 2wellbeing studio!

Once I complete my Nutritionist degree end of 2021, I will only be a Vegan Nutritionist - focusing on helping people who want to be vegan/plant-based. I will then undergo 500-hours of Breathwork teaching so I can become a breathwork practitioner by mid 2022.

My business will then be a combination of being a vegan nutritionist, breathwork instructor and a yoga teacher because 2wellbeing is the key to a happy, healthy, blissful and hopefully, a long long life!

Move Well:

Walk everyday, even if it is just for 20min a day.

Walk outside in nature, not on a treadmill inside aircon. Breathe in the fresh air.

Do physical activity that you enjoy and also will stimulate you (mentally and physically) such as swimming, water aerobics, tai chi, running, yoga, pilates, aerobics, skipping, riding a bike etc. Do what your body can handle. Our bodies are designed to move. When we stop moving we allow our bodies to accumulate toxins, stresses, emotions with no outlets. No matter your age, you can and should move to the best of your ability. There are no excuses.

Think Well:

Read uplifting books.

Listen to uplifting music.



Express gratitude.
